I received my Ph.D. in Political Science with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of Notre Dame in August 2019. I joined the Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies at Notre Dame as a postdoctoral fellow in September 2019.
I specialize in international relations, comparative politics, and gender studies with a regional focus on Asia. I study state and non-state actors’ compliance with international law with a particular focus on international human rights and humanitarian law.
I received my B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in International Relations from Seoul National University in South Korea.
