Learning and Teaching Beyond the Classroom is a new hybrid summer course and internship program that offers students the ability to gain functional skills working with vulnerable populations in an educational environment. Founded by Professor Tiziana Serafini, the LTBC program worked closely with refugees from a variety of African countries to develop foundational Italian language skills.
