Annie Holden (she/her)

I'm a sixth year graduate student at Notre Dame working with Andrew Putman. 

My research is in geometric group theory and low dimensional topology. I’m interested in mapping class groups of 3-dimensional handlebodies, whose study is closely connected to that of surface mapping class groups and automorphism groups of free groups. In particular, I study the group cohomology of their Torelli and finite index subgroups.
