About Me
Andrew Hoover is a Ph.D. Student in Economics at the University of Notre Dame, specializing in labor and education economics. His current research focuses on peer effects and human capital investment.
Before beginning his doctoral studies, Andrew worked as a Data Analyst at the U.S. Military Academy's Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis, where he conducted research in labor and personnel economics.
Research
Andrew's Research focuses on how enviromental factors in general, peers in particular, influence how individuals invest in and build human capital.
