Did you know...
- Thanks to a $20 million gift by ND alumnus Sean Cullinan and his wife, Sue, the 2016-2017 school year was the inaugural year for the new Office of Student Enrichment
- OSE's goal is to help every Notre Dame student get the most out of their college experience through financial assistance programs and scholarships
- 10% of the Notre Dame student body is the first in their family to go to college (Class Profile)
- Being a first-generation student and coming from a low socioeconomic status background only has a 60% overlap at ND
- 75% of Notre Dame students come from the top 20% family income bracket, while only 1.6% come from the bottom 20%
- However... 62% of students coming from the bottom fifth will move up to the top fifth as adults! (NYT)
