About the Department
The Department of Library and Information Science, National College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, is a vibrant centre of learning that blends tradition with modern information practices. The department not only offers certificate courses in CLISc, Calligraphy, and Typewriting, but also provides special training for TNPSC and other competitive examinations, enhancing students’ professional readiness. It takes pride in preserving and maintaining antique books and natural palm-leaf handwritten manuscripts, reflecting a deep commitment to cultural heritage and archival preservation. RRRLF
The Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF) is a central autonomous organization fully funded by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and it is registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. As the nodal agency for public library services, RRRLF promotes the public library movement in India. The Foundation's policy-making body consists of 22 members nominated by the Government of India, with the Minister of Culture as Chairman.
About the Conference

Structure
The research paper should include an abstract (350 words maximum), an introduction, a literature review, methodology, results, a discussion, a conclusion, and references. APA 7th Edition is to be followed for rendering in-text citations and references.
Originality and Plagiarism Check
The Paper must be original, not submitted elsewhere, and plagiarism-free. (with a similarity index below 10%.)
Submission Process
Submissions should be made via email to: nctlibraryconference@nct.ac.in with documents in Word format. The manuscript files will be subjected to a double-blind peer review process.
Certificate
Certificate will be provided to all the registered participants. All authors should have registered for the conference separately to receive the certificate.
Submission Guidelines
General guidelines for submitting a full-length article to the conference are as follows:
The length and format of paper should be between 2,500 and 3,500 words, including tables, figures, and references. Submissions should be formatted in A4 size with specified margins (usually one inch on all sides). It is recommended that the text be double-spaced, using Times New Roman font at size 12 for the body text, and larger size 14 for headings if necessary.
Review and Publication
All accepted papers will be published as book chapters in a Book with ISBN. In addition, select papers that meets the standards of journals in indexed in Web of Science or SCOPUS / Peer-Reviewed Journals will be published on additional payments

Last Date to Submit Full Papers- 05 Jan 2026
Paper Acceptance
Priority will be given to every paper submitted to the conference.
Acceptance letters will be sent to authors immediately after the paper passes the review process. This will be carried out as and when the paper reaches the conference team.
Participants need not wait till the last date for submission.
