GOAL = Provide a progressive and guidance based program that will gradually expose individuals on how to effectively lead group training programs
This app is what participants use to track their performance. It can also be used by the coach in conjunction with the excel doc for video demonstrations of the movements. Having access on your personal device also allows you to assist in performance tracking during the class.

As you and your mentor embark on the mentorship journey, it is important to understand the expectations and requirements for each step along the way to ensure success. Below outlines the consistent components that should be repeated throughout the program. Please review these before jumping into the specific areas of focus for each class.
Mentee should review the PackFit Excel Programming Doc for coaching note details BEFORE coming to class.
Mentee should research & practice demoing movement to ensure proper movement understanding.
Mentee AND mentor should arrive 20 minutes early to each class.
Mentor should test the mentees preparation with the following questions before each class:
What is the workout intention (stimulus)?
What is the class flow? Explained as they would to participants
What are the movements of concern (safety/scaling needs)?
What scales would you provide?
Mentor should introduce mentee to the class and give an overview of what they will be doing that day.
Mentor should provide feedback to the mentor on areas to focus on at the end of each class.
Focus = workout and movement understanding
PREPARE & PARTICIPATE
Experience the workout - doing the workout will give you valuable insight that will enhance your ability to coach members through it.
Think about the following as you participate:
What are you feeling during the strength portion?
Were you confused at all during the workout? If so when & what information could've helped
Did the mentor's cues match what you were feeling?

Mentee experienced the class structure and ideal class experience.
Mentee displayed movement competency.
Mentee demonstrates their understanding of all components of the whiteboard debrief and is prepared for next week.

LEAD:

Provide at least 5 group based cues throughout the workout
Help assist in room control, & weight adjustments for participants

Sign up for your Final Evaluation Meeting with your supervisor. Should be a date AFTER your Class #4 filming.
