Google Pay and credit or debit card are accepted as a form of payment.

Early bird registration ends on February 28, 2025. Regular registration begins on April 1, 2025. Registration will close about two weeks before the event so that we can make sure our room and catering reservations are accurate. 

You should receive a confirmation via email immediately after you register online.

Refunds can be issued on or before May 1, 2025. To request a refund, email Dr. Carmen Durham at cdurham2@ncsu.edu before the refund deadline. 

We reserve the right to cancel the NC State TESOL Symposium event because of low registration or events beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and receive a full refund.
