How to get from your arrival airport to the hotel

Where should I fly into?

We highly recommend flying into Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) as it is a short 10 to 15 minute drive from the hotel. If you fly into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), be advised that it is roughly an hour-long drive from the hotel.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Participants must arrange their own transportation to and from the hotel. Options include but are not limited to hotel shuttle, Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.

What if I drive down?

It is important to note that the Mississippi River bridge will take at least an hour to cross on your way into the city.

If you plan to rent a car in Baton Rouge:

We recommend you rent a car well in advance (ASAP) as it is likely vehicles will be scarce closer to the time of the conference.
