Over a three decade career at UNCG I have immersed myself in the functional and technical operation of campus core business processes across the Student, Financial Aid, Finance, Human Resources and Advancement domains. With over 20 years experience with the Ellucian Banner platform in both functional offices and in central IT, I have intimate knowledge of how enterprise software can enable (or constrain) campus operations. After decades supporting the environment in which classroom instruction is delivered, I seek to step to the front of the classroom to help others to learn and grow.
