Welcome to Step Up to STEM!

We are grateful to have each and every one of you with us for our Step Up to STEM Summer program! Each summer we look forward to the energy you bring and the connections that are made between students, faculty and the community at NCSSM. Our theme this summer is again "Brilliance Beckons: Everything is Possible." We invite to you to bring an open mind. You and your wildest dreams are more than welcome here!

We have an exciting array of courses focused on investigating and solving problems in STEM taught by our amazing instructors. In addition, we have a fun and informative week of virtual activities planned to celebrate and inspire STEM excellence.

We challenge you to take some time throughout this week to engage with your instructors and your peers, investigate applications of STEM, ask thoughtful questions, and explore ways to use your voice and intellect to make a positive impact in your sphere of influence.
