Welcome to The Art Room at North County Intermediate!

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be a good at drawing to be a great artist! This year, we will experimenting with and learning about lots of different types of art like sculpture, printmaking, painting, and weaving, along with activities to help you discover your own artistic style. Throughout the year, I hope you can find at least one project that brings out the best artist in you!

The Elements of Art will help guide our creativity by helping us understand how to make great art, and what makes art good. We'll also talk about some of history's most famous and infamous artists along the way.
