I am trying to submit work, but it isn't working. What should I do?
First, do NOT just give up! You are responsible for completing your work in a timely manner. Your teacher is aware that there may be technology problems that pop up, but you are expected to make an effort to resolve these issues. There are many people in Moore County Schools that are here to help you sort these issues out. Here's what you should do:
Send your teacher an email that includes the following:
A brief, concise note explaining what happens when you try to submit your work.
If possible, include your work as an attachment on the email.
If you are having consistent issues submitting work in Canvas, please complete this form, and someone will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
