About CWA

Established in 2004

Clackamas Web Academy is a free AdvancED Accredited public charter school in the North Clackamas School District. CWA provides instruction to 465 students in grades 1-12.

Clackamas Web Academy's mission statement:

We honor and support the cultures, values, and goals of all students while challenging and empowering them to reach their full potential.

To support this mission, CWA has developed an innovative combination of online curriculum and one-on-one teaching in the home. It also

offers elective classes, tutoring, counseling, and special education and ELD services at its Clackamas, Oregon campus. At the high school

level, CWA offers students the opportunity to volunteer in the community, complete an internship and earn college credits. CWA is proud to

serve a diverse and dynamic student population. Many of our students are from home-education backgrounds, while others choose our

program because they need a more flexible schedule and setting than a traditional school provides. The students and families in our

program enjoy CWA's flexible, challenging academic programs, school-sponsored enrichment activities, social events, certified teaching staff,

business and community partnerships, and the attention that is provided to each of its individual learners.
