RADAR COMMUNITY WORKSHOP 2025

Wednesday 1st October & Thursday 2nd October 

The National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS) is hosting a Radar Community Workshop on 1st and 2nd October 2025 to bring together current and potential users of weather and cloud radar data from across the UK.  

Workshop Objectives:

• Showcase current radar systems and capabilities

• Gather insights on community needs, both present and future

• Spark new scientific collaborations to maximize existing radar instrumentation

• Facilitate networking opportunities among radar data users

• Share expertise and practical experience

• Lay the groundwork for a sustained radar community group
