Early-Stage Researcher (PhD position) in Climate Science in the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network (ITN) (CLOUD-MOTION) - High-resolution modelling
In my project, I will do high-resolution modelling on cloud-aerosol interactions under tropical deep convections. It may also include new particle formation and parameterisations. Apart from them, the CLOUD measurement data will also be analysed.

Why do you do what you do?
As my meteorology background equipped me the basic knowledge and the ability of modelling, I grew very strong interest in modelling and coding. Apart from that, the environmental issue - smog in my hometown - Beijing motivated me to focus on aerosols. University of Leeds along with CLOUD provided a very precious opportunity to discover this aspect. Therefore, I am doing my current research.
