Tutoring Program / Programa de tutoría

Tuesday- Thursday, from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm you can access one of our teachers afterschool to get help with Literacy and Math homework .

Martes a Jueves, de 5:30 pm hasta las 7:30 pm puede acceder a uno de nuestros maestros después de la escuela para obtener ayuda con las tareas de lenguaje y matemáticas.

To access homework support, please do the following:

  1. Complete the Google Form attached

  2. A teacher will contact you directly by providing an invitation via email through Google Calendar

  3. The invitation will have the following information:

    • Teachers Name that invited you

    • Time to meet with the teacher

    • Google Meet Link and phone number you can use to access teacher

    • When you are finished the teacher may ask you to fill out an anonymous survey to see if this virtual support was helpful.

Para acceder a la ayuda con las tareas, haga lo siguiente:

  1. Haga clic en el botón de abajo para su nivel de grado

  2. Un profesor se comunicará con usted directamente proporcionándole una invitación por correo electrónico a través de Google Calendar.

  3. La invitación tendrá la siguiente información:

    • Nombre del maestro que te invitó

    • Es hora de reunirse con el maestro.

    • Google Meet Link y número de teléfono que puede usar para acceder al profesor

    • Cuando haya terminado, el maestro puede pedirle que complete una encuesta anónima para ver si este apoyo virtual fue útil.
