Google Meet is built into GSuite, accessible via waffle, meet.google.com, or app. Simple share via URL, code or attach video meeting to Google Calendar invite and guests can join, they do not need a Google account to participate. It meets same compliance as other Google core services (citation - thanks @NASTECHtweet!)
