These are the reports that are available from the attendance/home screen; this is the screen where you see all the student's pictures.
The reports with the light gray over the top were not accessible when I was creating this page.
There is a brief description below of the information you will see on each report.
Period Attendance List
You will see each student in the class, their parents/guardian names with phone numbers, along with a listing of every class period the student was marked absent, excused or tardy.
Student Profile
This will compile information about the entire class. You will see student's name, birthday, parent information, contact information, health conditions, emergency information. Basically everything about the student.
This report is identical to the information you can access by clicking on the student's picture; this report gives you the information for the entire class versus just 1-student.
Student Transcript
From this report, you will see a transcript for everyone listed in the class. This means you will be able to see their course history, starting in 6th grade.

Student List
This report is a chart of all the student's names, ID's, Grade level, Gender and Birthday.
Student & Parent Directory
This report is a chart of all the student's names, ID's, Grade level, Gender, Birthday, Phone Number, Address, Parent's Names and Phone Numbers.
Student Directory by Street Address
This report shows, by street name, where the students in your class live. It includes their name, ID, Grade Level, Gender and Phone Number
Class List
This report is a chart with all the student's names listed.
Emergency Contact Directory
This report will show student's name, ID, Grade Level, Gender, Birthday, Phone Number, Address, Contact & Emergency Contact along with their phone numbers.
