When you want gradebook reports, you have to start IN the gradebook portion of Synergy.
Once you are in gradebook, look at the top right side of the screen. Between the NEW button and the SAVE button, you'll see REPORTS.
When you click on reports, this is the initial screen you'll see.
The appearance of this screen will change depending on the report you select.
When you click on the dropdown menu next to "Detailed Progress Reports", this is what you will see.
Below you will find a description of what information each report will give you.
Detailed Progress Report
Choose between all students or specific students
Choose between all assignments or a selected group
This report will list all the assignment for every student. There is a optional signature line at the bottom of the page.
Summary Progress Report
Choose between all students or specific students
This report will summarize the students grades across ALL their classes. There is an optional signature line at the bottom of the page.
Print Gradebook
Choose between current class or all classes
This report will literally print a copy of what is in your Synergy gradebook.
Blank Gradebook
Choose between all or specific students
Choose between current class or all classes
This report will literally print a blank copy of the gradebook with student's names & grids where you can fill in assignment names and scores.
Assignment Detail Report
Choose between all or specific students
Choose between current class or all classes
Choose between all assignments or a selected group
This report will show grades for each student together on 1-page.
Student Missing Assignment Report
Choose between all or specific students
Choose between current class or all classes
This report will list the missing assignment(s) for each student in the class.
Missing Assignment Summary Report

Choose between current class or all classes
This report will list the missing assignment(s) for each student across ALL their classes.
Class Summary
Choose between all or specific students
Choose between current class or all classes
This report will show a chart of the student's overall grade, shown by category with the grade in each.
Chart: Assignment Student Performance
Choose between all or specific students
This report will ask you to select an assignment to chart. Then it will display the results of that assignment in a horizontal bar graph from the lowest score to the highest. This chart also displays the student's names.
Chart: Class Grades
Choose between all or specific students
This report will display the overall grades in a horizontal bar graph from the lowest grade to the highest. This chart also displays the student's names.
Chart: Class Category Summary
Choose between all or specific students
This report will display the overall grades by category in a horizontal bar graph from the lowest grade to the highest. This chart also displays the student's names.
Chart: Class Grade Distribution
This report is only for the current class you are in.
This report will display the overall grades for the entire class in a horizontal bar graph. It will show the number of students in each category. Unlike all the other reports, this report DOES NOT show student names.
