This is the program formerly known as SchoolDude. If you need a repair or maintenance of any kind, you are in the right place.
To find the link to Incident IQ (Formerly known as SchoolDude), click on the NBSD Bookmarks at the top left of your computer screen, and select Incident IQ.
This is the first screen you are going to see when click on Incident ID. Simply click on the green GOOGLE SRO button. This is going to log you in using your google log-in (no password required)
The first screen you are going to see is the Dashboard, this is going to show anything you have already requested and what type of equipment you have. On the left side of the screen, you will see the menu of items.
You can create a new item by clicking on the "+New Ticket" in the top left corner of the screen.
Now you have to decide what the request is for or what is the purpose?
Once you click on the area where you need additional support, the program will walk you through all the steps to get the issue resolved.
If you are asked which type of computer you have, safely flip the computer over, look the label on the back.
If you click on something, then realize this is not the area your need, simply go back to the Dashboard and pick a different area.
You may have noticed on the menu, "My Classes". All your class lists have been loaded into the system; can can submit a repair request for your students Chromebook or issues they are having.
