Student health needs and conditions should be reported directly to the school nurse upon admission to North Arlington High School and at the start of every school year. You can call, email, or send in a note to get started.
Changes to diagnosis, medications, or health accommodations should be submitted in writing to the nurse.
Students who need to have medications given during school hours will need to have a medication authorization form completed and signed by the parent/caregiver and physician. In addition, unexpired medications must be supplied to the school nurse in their original packaging with the student's name clearly labeled.
