Meet our New School Counselor at GPS. Carina graduated from the Social Work Master's Program at San Jose State University with a Pupil Personnel Credential. Carina finds herself devoted to serving youth and their families. She hopes to bring a diverse and insightful perspective to this role as a school counselor. Carina enjoys outdoor runs, sunsets, traveling, and trying new food. She is also Spanish Speaking!

This is my second year at WPS! I started as a student support paraprofessional and during that time I enrolled in my Master’s program where I am currently finishing in Educational Counseling with my PPS credential. A few of my favorite things include: going to target, traveling, going to concerts and meeting new people! I am so excited to be part of the wellness team as I will be taking the role of school counselor this year at WPS where I will be supporting students with their social skills, feelings and emotions!

I am committed to supporting students’ emotional well being, building trusting relationships, and creating a safe space for open communication. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. I love being a school counselor and I am excited to work with our Navi’s again this year!

Barbara Haver

Hayward Collegiate

Barbara serves as our wonderful school counselor at our acquired site with Hayward Collegiate. Barbara earned her master's degree in education/counseling and a PPS credential from San Jose State University. Her ultimate goal is to be an agent of change and help each child reach their full potential. She enjoys spending time with family, swimming, and binge watching Netflix shows. Her daily rituals includes coffee, laughter, being mindful, and kind.

Alondra Iniguez

School Psychologist GPS/WPS/HC

Hola! My name is Alondra Iniguez and I am one of the School Psychologists at Navigator Schools. I received my Master's in School Psychology from CSUMB, which emphasized working with English language learners. I started with Navigator as a 2nd Grade small group instructor at Watsonville Prep in 2019. I am very excited for this school year and looking forward to helping students with their social and academic needs.

Eva Jimenez

Family Resource Coordinator/School Counselor All Sites

Eva joined Hollister Prep in 2013 and moved into her role as School Counselor in 2016. This year she will be supporting all sites. Her desire is to inspire students to become the best version of themselves and be the change they want to see in the world. Eva LOVES coffee, art and enjoys spending time with her family. You can always find Miss Eva walking with a cup of coffee in hand!

Reba is a third year Navigator who serves all sites.  She comes with many years of experience as a School Psychologist and is bilingual in English and Spanish.  She enjoys spending her time with her husband and three children. Reba's desire is to be a constant voice of equity for the under resourced and individuals with disabilities.
