Strategic Project for Fourier Sensory’s Product

Abstract:

In this internship, I am able to experience and understand the work to be technical project management. Our project is to find go-to market strategy, improve the way we market Fourier Sensory products to consumers and produce a pricing model for Fourier Sensory products. My goal for the project is to assist my supervisor in delivering key activities to ensure project objectives are met. My tasks are data collection/gathering, exploratory data analysis, drafting presentation slides and assist in running workshops. Overall, through this internship, I have learned how to gather data from multiple sources and transform it into visualization in presentation, learned how to use the rule of 3 for problem solving, practice my communication skill in daily meeting with my supervisor, and learn how to build a business plan for all the information and the result of the strategy. Lastly, I am very thankful IGP program, Absolute Internship, and Fourier Intelligence for helping provide me this opportunity for my study abroad.
