Chocolate expert and business internship

Abstract:

In Cusco I completed an internship in a chocolate factory. During my time, I worked in four areas of the business and helped in others. First, I worked in logistics, organizing the departments with the products and sending chocolate to other locations. We used an online system to count and plan production. After I helped organize events and answering emails. We organized the schedule of making chocolate and other classes, then I started making chocolate. Working in production, I learned how we make the products and the whole system from seed to bar. Finally, I worked in sales. I worked in this department for more time than the others. I was a guide of the museum and in the factory explaining the history of chocolate, how we make it, interesting facts, types and flavors. I spoke in both English and Spanish because a lot of the people were tourists from all over the world traveling to Machu Pichu. I liked to help and talk with my coworkers and help in the kitchen, administration, and with the classes.

Abstract (Global Language):

En Cusco, empecé una práctica en una fábrica de chocolate. Durante mi tiempo, trabajé [MP1] en cuatro departamentos del negocio y ayudé en otras. Primero trabajé en logística, organizando los departamentos con los productos y mandando chocolate a las otras ubicaciones. Usamos un sistema en línea para contar y planear la producción. Después ayudé organizando eventos y respondiendo a correos electrónicos. Organizamos el horario de hacer chocolate, café, y ceviche. Entonces empecé a hacer chocolate. Trabajando en la producción, aprendí como hacíamos los productos y todo el sistema de semilla de cacao a barra de chocolate. Finalmente trabajé en las ventas. Trabajé en ese departamento más tiempo que en los otros. Era un guía del museo y en la fábrica explicaba la historia del chocolate, como lo hacemos, datos interesantes, los tipos y sabores. Hablé [MP2] en inglés y español porque mucha de la gente eran turistas de todo el mundo, viajando a Machu Pichu. Me gustaba ayudar y hablar con mis compañeros, y también con la cocina, la administración, y con las clases.
