New Entrepreneurs of Madrid

Abstract:

 This work represents my experience in the accounting area of an agency, based on the increase, and decrease of self-employed registered with the IRS and Social Security. I performed this project by helping people who wanted to register but had no idea how to proceed. Observing how the information provided to them helped increase their interest in registering. My contribution was to facilitate self-employed citizens to a new system. By doing so, I was also able to take advantage and immerse myself in the culture and learn the variety of dialects within Spanish (Spain) with Spanish (U.S.). In this project I present different linguistic traits of Spanish from Madrid, like the use of vosotros or the distinction of sounds made by <s> y la <c+i,e>, and <z>. Observing the different customs, I was able to identify with Deardorff's model, being able to adapt and integrate myself into a much more relaxed work environment.

Nuevos emprendedores de Madrid

Abstract (IGP Language):

Este trabajo presenta mi experiencia basada en el área de contabilidad en una gestoría, realizada sobre la incrementación y la diminución de autónomos registrados ante la agencia tributaria y seguridad social. Los autónomos son personas que quieren empezar a trabajar por su propia cuenta. Realicé este trabajo brindando ayuda a las personas que querían darse de alta, pero no tenían ni una mínima idea del procedimiento. Al brindar la ayuda, podemos observar que al darle a las personas los recursos e información que necesitan, había más autónomos interesados. Mi contribución fue facilitar la integración de los nuevos autónomos a un sistema nuevo. Este trabajo me facilitó la integración a la cultura y mi aprendizaje sobre la variación dialectal entre España y el español en Estados Unidos. En este trabajo presento sobre algunos rasgos lingüísticos en el español de Madrid, como el uso de vosotros y la distinción fonética de la <s> y la <c+i,e>, y <z>. Al observar las diferentes costumbres puede utilizar el modelo de Deardorff, adaptándome e integrándome al ambiente de trabajo más relajado.
