Over this past summer, I had the opportunity to visit the Beyond Van Gogh exhibit right here in Buffalo.
Upon entrance, guests learn the story of Vincent van Gogh and how he came up with some of his most spectacular paintings, including Starry Night. Using high quality projection technology, his life is displayed upon hanging walls.
As guests wait for the next room, they will see colors and pictures being projected around them.
Last but certainly not least is the room that is advertised on the Beyond Van Gogh website. This room gives guests a look at the genius ideas and creativity that van Gogh displayed. They now get to see the finished result of all the information that was gathered upon entry.
The entire room is covered from ceiling to floor in van Gogh’s masterpieces. The team at the exhibit have done an incredible job keeping guests and staff safe, requiring masks throughout the whole exhibit and six foot distances for all parties attending. The painting projection is about thirty minutes long, but the projection is on a constant loop, meaning guests can stay there for as long as they would like.
