At Mt. Zion, leadership exists to reflect Christ—not to elevate personalities or positions. We believe Jesus is the Head of His Church, and all leadership flows from His authority and aligns with His Word. Our leaders serve with humility, integrity, and accountability, guiding the church through sound doctrine, compassionate care, and shared responsibility. Leadership here is about equipping and empowering others—raising up disciple-makers, nurturing spiritual maturity, protecting unity, and advancing the mission of God. It is a culture marked by Christlikeness, stewardship, and sacrificial service, where every member is encouraged to grow, contribute, and flourish for the sake of the Gospel.
