Access to oral healthcare in Africa remains limited, especially for underserved communities. This project focuses on developing a web-based referral system to assist South African oral health professionals and non-dental workers in screening, classifying, and referring patients with dental caries. By integrating digital tools and predictive models, the system aims to improve early detection and streamline referrals, ultimately bridging gaps in oral healthcare accessibility.
