ABOUT THE PROJECT

The focus is on the development of a chatbot system designed to improve customer and student support by engaging with users and addressing their queries across various social media platforms. The key feature of this chatbot is to be able to respond in multiple languages, catering to a diverse user base. To achieve this, we will use advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to improve the chatbot's accuracy and effectiveness in understanding and generating responses in different languages. The significance of this endeavor lies in its potential to enhance accessibility and user experience for individuals across diverse linguistic backgrounds. We will also integrate feedback mechanisms to gather user input and refine the chatbot's performance over time. Through this iterative process of development and enhancement, we aim to deliver a well built and user-friendly chatbot solution that significantly enhances the customer/student experience. Ultimately our findings will be crucial in understanding the effectiveness of the multilingual chatbot system in enhancing customer/student support on social media.
