We don't recommend Mystery Media Pro for New Home Shops but it could be used as a back up or as shop verification for ANY mystery shop.

This video is fine for proof of the visit but is not a video that should be submitted. If your video looks like this OR if you know you were busted, don't even think about submitting the shop. Notify your scheduler and immediately let them know you failed the shop . They may ask for the video so they can decide but let that be up to the MSP. If your video looks like this, YOU NEED MORE PRACTICE!
