November 17 Special City Council meeting where Canvass of Election Returns will be conducted if no outstanding military, overseas,
provisional ballots, or ballots contained in defective carrier envelopes that were or could be corrected by voters remain to be counted otherwise. If you fax or e-mail your application to the early voting clerk, you must also mail the application so that the clerk receives it no later than the fourth business day after the day the clerk receives your faxed or emailed application. If you fax or e-mail your application, your application will be considered complete and timely as long as the original is received by the early voting clerk by the fourth business day after it was submitted by fax or e-mail.

December 13 ELECTION DAY – 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Community Center, 4501 Padre Boulevard.
December 15 Deadline to receive "late domestic ballots" mailed within the United States from non-military voters and from any military voters who submitted an Application for Ballot by Mail ("ABBM") (not a Federal Post Card Application "FPCA"), if the carrier envelope was place for delivery by mail or common or contract carrier and bears a cancellation mark of a postal service or a receipt mark of a common or contract carrier or a courier indicating a time not later than 7:00 p.m. at the location of the election on election day, December 13, 2025. A late domestic ballot cannot be counted if it does not bear a cancellation mark or a receipt mark.
December 16-24 Possible date to call Special City Council meeting where Canvass of Election Returns will be conducted if no outstanding military, overseas,
provisional ballots, or ballots contained in defective carrier envelopes that were or could be corrected by voters remain to be counted otherwise a Special City Council Meeting can be called between December 16, 2025 through December 24, 2025.

July 15, 2026 Due date for filing Annual Report of Unexpended Contributions. (Form C/OH-UC)
