Are you having issues with your SCPS password?
Parents must have their email address attached to the student’s record in Skyward. If your email address is not in Skyward and you have a FamilyAccess account, then please add your email address in FamilyAccess prior to resetting your child’s password.
If you do not have a FamilyAccess account or are unable to update your email address in FamilyAccess, please contact your school. A school representative will be able to assist in updating your child’s Skyward account with your email address. You may also contact your child’s teacher to have their password reset.
