Portal Plus is available through this link.
Please log in with your SVUSD username in the format "last name, first initial", with or without @svusd.org (either LastF or LastF@svusd.org).
Click on your Profile in the top-right corner -> click the Recovery tab -> click the Reset Password button
If you are already set up with Duo for OCDE's Shoreline applications, you can use the same mobile app but will need to add the SVUSD "account" to it. In the top-right of the main screen there is an "Add" button where you can scan the QR code from the SVUSD enrollment email - please notify us if you need an enrollment email sent to you.

This is a known issue, and will be worked on. For now, it's best to search for the tile and click it directly from the search box.
Right click on a tile -> click Add to Favorites - this will add the tile to the bottom bar for easy access.
These are apps that don't have a saved login for you from the district - enter your credentials once to save them, then the extension will log you in automatically in the future.
Students have not yet been enrolled in Portal Plus. When it becomes available to them, they will have different sign-in options available - for example, students in grades TK-2 will have the ability to use QR-based "QuickCards" to sign in, and older students will be able to use the same district login they use to sign into their computer.
Duo is a two-factor authentication service integrated with Portal Plus. The email invite you received has a personal link that only you can access, which allows you to connect your Portal Plus login to the Duo authenticator app or a hardware token.
Some office staff were already invited to SVUSD's Duo organization for other applications in the past, and may not receive a new invite when added to Portal Plus. If this is the case, please email helpdesk@svusd.org to request a new Duo invite.
The district values security for students/staff and will be providing methods for MFA, the option to use your own device for MFA is only available to use if you prefer to.

Please request a new mobile app activation email from help desk.
If you have both the fob and mobile app set up, make sure to use the dropdown to select which method to log in with. "Passcode" refers to the code generated within the app, "Token" refers to the hardware fob. Otherwise the token may need to be "re-synced" - please contact help desk to fix the issue.
The extension does not pass browsing information back to Google. It's designed to enhance your experience by passing a login to the page securely via Single Sign On (SSO), without you having to type your password every time.
My Analytics is for your own reference, you can use it to review your own activity and verify login history. Portal admins for the district may refer to this information to help troubleshoot any issues as they arise.
