I'm wanting to attend a Quickbooks workshop. Why is it asking me about "Anticipated Capital Use"?

The program (SSBCI) that's providing this workshop at no cost is a part of a larger program that offers a lending program for small businesses that might find it a challenge to get traditional bank lending for business growth.
