Camp Blue

July 10-14, 2017

Do not miss out on a chance to explore and experience the fascinating world of science through a variety of hands-on, highly interactive activities. Participants will also be able to experience canoeing, hiking, swimming, and archery.

The Clay County School District's Military Student Support will be hosting its second annual Camp Blue for Clay County Students who are designated Exceptional Student Education (ESE) or have a 504 plan, and whose parents are active-duty military and entering grades 1-7 (fall of 2017).

This summer's camp will be held during the week of July 10-14 between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. It will be located at the North Fork Leadership Center in Middleburg, Florida.

The main gate is locked and requires a code which will be given prior to beginning of camp.

This camp is free but a registration fee of $25 is due with the registration form. Please make check out to CCSD.

In addition, these forms are required by the Girl Scout Council and the District of Clay County Schools. We encourage you to mail them to Tami Smith, STEM Department, Bldg 16, 2306 Kingsley Ave. Orange Park, Fl 32073 or turn them into your child's school.




Checklist for camp:

· Water bottle-a sturdy, refillable bottle with child's name on it. Water is provided to refill bottles

· Bug spray-with child's name on it

· Sunscreen-with name on it

· Sack lunch and a snack-we have refrigerators

· Swimsuit (1 piece suit) and towel- Please have your child swim with a swim shirt. We do not want anyone to get sunburned.

· Hat and sunglasses optional

Campers must wear closed toe shoes. NO SANDALS OR FLIPFLOPS
