Payment Schedule: Payments for authorized expenditures are made twice each month, on the 2nd and 4th Thursday (dates may vary due to holidays).  Invoices are paid in accordance with the Florida Prompt Payment Act.  Accounts Payable processes more than 3,500 invoices per month.
