はじめに： ビッグデータ、IoT、シンギュラリティ、ロボット、人工知能、ブロックチェーンなど、新たなITによる変革の波が到来しようとしています。 これらのIT技術により、すべての産業のビジネスモデルの再定義が始まります。 また、ボーダーレスの時代が到来してきますが、まだまだ、各国の商習慣、制度などの違いにより、簡単にボーダーレスでビジネスを拡大することは難しい状況です。 このような、混沌とした状況で、パートナーに寄り添い、日本、アジア、欧米を結びつけて、新たなビジネスの展開、進出、拡大に貢献することを目的として設立しました。 創業者である、私の約２０年に及ぶ総合商社にてアジアでのビジネス・事業開発をしてきた経験、中国系米国の通信機器メーカーの日本法人を立ち上げ、展開してきた経験、ソフトバンクで１０年以上、事業開発、アジアを担当してきた経験と、その過程で知り合い、関係を築きあげてきた人脈、パートナーと共に、それぞれの産業のビジネスの再定義を行い、最終的にはすべての人々の幸せな生活に寄与できる活動としていきたいと願っております。
Introduction : New waves of changing by new IT technology such as Big Data, IoT, Singularity, Robotics, AI, Blockchain, etc., are about to come soon. With those IT technology, redefinition of business model of all industry will be started. While, borderless business activities have been coming, but there are still some difficulties and obstacles such as different view of business practice, view and regulation in each country, and still facing some difficulties to expand and extend business activities cross over the countries. Under these chaotic circumstances, together with partner, we wish to realize new business with expansion to the region by connecting Japan, Asia, US and Europe, which is our vision to establish this company. As a founder, I my self have lots of experience such as nearly 20-years experience of working in Japanese trading firm to engage business development in Asian countries, build up Japanese entity of Chinese US based telecommunication manufacturer named UTStarcom Inc., working experience in SoftBank for business development and in charge of Asia. Through these experiences, I have been establishing deep human relationship in the industry, and with those partners, I wish to redefine new business model in each industry, and as a result, I wish to contribute to the happiness of people throughout the world.

代表者の略歴：
１９８２年神戸商科大学商経学部卒業後、兼松江商（現兼松株式会社）に入社、東南アジアの電力プロジェクトを手掛ける。 １９８８年１１月より１９９３年末までインドネシア、ジャカルタに赴任。終盤は通信プロジェクトも手掛けるようになる。
１９９４年からは東京本社にてアジアの通信プロジェクトの開拓を担い、フィリピンでの固定無線電話の展開や、新たなファイナンスのであるレベニューシェアモデルを考案、ベトナム、ミャンマーなどでプロジェクトの提案活動を推進。
２００１年から、米国通信機器メーカーであるUTStarcom Inc.社の日本人１号社員として、日本で、ユーティースターコム・ジャパン株式会社を設立、ソフトバンク向けに ADSLの基幹システム、ディジタルアクセス装置、光伝送機器などを販売。
２００４年にソフトバンクに転籍し、携帯事業企画会社、ボーダーフォンジャパン買収、ディズニーモバイル事業考案など、主に事業開発に従事。 ２０１１年には、シンガポールにてシンテルとの合弁会社設立、２０１２年から２０１５年までインドネシア、ジャカルタにて、事業開発・投資検討を推進。 PT. Tokopedia への投資に寄与。
２０１５年にソフトバンクを退職し、クラウドマインズジャパン株式会社の代表取締役社長に就任。 同時に、当社、株式会社MYNZを設立、ビジネス拡大のための個人事業も開始する。
２０１７年末にクラウドマインズジャパン株式会社の代表取締役社長を退任し、株式会社MYNZの事業に専念、現在は、コンサルティング、日本、東南アジアでの投資を含む新規ビジネス、事業開発に従事している。
２０１８年２月より、シンガポール Polaris Ltd. に社外取締役として参画。
２０２０年１月よりNUWA Robotics Corp. の子会社、NUWAロボティクスJAPAN株式会社の設立に寄与し、取締役として、同社の事業を支援、２０２１年２月より、同社の代表取締役社長として、事業をドライブ。
Biography of founder :
Graduated from Kobe University of Commerce (Faculty of Economy and Business) in 1982 and joined in Kanemagsu-Gosho Co., Ltd. (presently known as Kanematsu Corporation) and was in charge of Electricity Machinery project in South East Asia. From Nov., 1988 to end of 1993, he was assigned in Jakarta, Indonesia in charge of electricity project and expanded to telecommunication project in later days of his assignment.
In 1994, back to Tokyo head office to promote fixed wireless telephony project in Philippines and also started promotion of new financial scheme of revenue sharing to Vietnam and Myanmar, and others.
In 2001, he was hired by UTStarcom Inc., as first Japanese member, and established UTStarcom Japan K.K. to start deal with SoftBank for ADSL backend system (DSLAM), digital access equipment, even including FTTH equipment (G-PON, etc.)
In 2004, because of the business with SoftBank, he joined to SoftBank, and was mostly engaging in business development, including involvement in mobile phone business planning company, acquisition member of Vodafone Japan K.K., and generated business model of Disney Mobile. He was stationed in Singapore to take care of Joint Venture with SingTel, and also stationed from 2012 to 2015 in Jakarta for business development and investment as a chief representative and PT Tokopedia was one of company for the investment.
In 2015, he resign from Softbank and he was appointed as CEO and president of CloudMinds Japan K.K. At the same time, he established this company, MYNZ Co., Ltd., to diversify the business activities.
He resigned from CloudMinds Japan K.K. at the end of 2017, and now concentrated in consulting business and business development with investment in Japan and also SE Asian countries.
He joined as an Individual Director to Polaris Ltd., Singapore from Feb., 2018
He supported to establish NUWA Robotics JAPAN K.K. which is subsidiary company of NUWA Robotics Corp. (Taiwan) and became a director of NUWA Robotics JAPAN K.K. from Jan., 2020, and promoted to be a CEO/President of NUWA Robotics JAPAN K.K. from Feb., 2021 to drive business expansion in Japan.
