Mrs. LaFleur

Lake Country School is a wonderful place to teach. I have taught at LCS for over 18 years and I have had the pleasure of teaching 14 of those years in third grade. I truly enjoy this age level! Third grade students make me smile with their energy and enthusiasm for learning. Getting to know your child and watching them grow in confidence, skills, and knowledge is what excites me and fuels my passion each day to teach. As a teacher of many years I have found that when kids are motivated, challenged, encouraged, loved, supported, recognized as unique individuals, and held accountable, learning just comes naturally and all kids flourish.
