Summer Strength
The Summer Strength and Conditioning Program is intended to help all student-athletes improve their strength, agility, flexibility, and conditioning by using data driven philosophy and sound lifting techniques. The program is designed specifically for athlete performance, skill enhancement, and injury prevention. Athletes will be challenged daily to improve their ability to successfully compete at the highest level of high school athletics in North Dakota. The program for middle school students is designed to introduce proper strength training principles and techniques in a safe, yet challenging environment. Regardless of age, athletic ability, or skill, this program requires commitment and dedication. Athletes who do not attend on a regular basis will not see or experience the benefits of improved strength, speed, flexibility, and agility.
The past five years we have seen record numbers in attendance. We have also seen a jump in athletes signing to further their athletic careers in college. Hard work pays off!

Cost
$100 for 36 sessions (price includes T-shirt and protein supplementation post workout).
*Fee reduction or waivers available on request, contact Mr. Lorenz. We will not turn anyone away.
*Discount for multiple family members. $80 for anyone after the first registered family member.
This is the by far the most affordable option in Grand Forks and our staff cares for our athlete's success. We have years of experience coaching college and high school athletes in the weight room. This is the place to build strength and culture.
