Submit MTAC information via the appropriate form.

• The MTAC page of this site provides information on the role of the committee in the school library program.

• Per GCS Regulation Code 3200-R, the MTAC shall include the principal or designee, the SLMC (who will chair the committee), teacher representatives from all grade levels and program areas, as well as parent representation, and may include student representation at elementary and middle levels; and shall include student representation at the high school level.

All summer break reading minutes must be recorded in Beanstack for students to be eligible for prizes.

• The Collection Development and Management page of this site provides access to the Collection Development Plan Template and information about best practices for collection development.

• Collection Development plans will not be accepted via email.

• SLMCs will be required to submit annual data about their library program. The submission form will be shared in March.
