The cast for the animatronics in "Five Nights at Freddy’s 2" has just been announced. Earlier this October, on the 10th, Blumhouse's special panel discussed upcoming projects, including the F.N.A.F. movie 2, set to release later this year in December. The animatronic cast had been announced, but it’s questionable. The voice actor for Toy Bonnie was revealed to be MatPat, from the famous YouTube channel “Game Theory,” who had a cameo in the last movie as a waiter named Ness at Sparky’s Diner. Toy Chica was revealed to be Megan Fox, who had previously starred in two movies featuring robots, "Transformers" and "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen." The voice actor for Toy Freddy was revealed to be Kellen Goff, who voiced variants of Freddy in previous FNAF games.
This news is great because this is the first time since Ultimate Custom Night that we heard the toy animatronic speak. Now my main problem with this cast is MatPat as Toy Bonnie. The character previously had voice lines by Stephanie Belinda Quinn in U.C.N. , but was ultimately scrapped from the full release for unknown reasons. Fans had made custom voice lines for Toy Bonnie, but those make him sound like a cocky child. The audio I referenced from is “Toy Bonnie All Voicelines,” from Crooked Art. I don’t have a problem with Megan Fox as Toy Chica. She kinda sounds like how she does in the game and with Kellen Goff, he is a great pick. He voiced other Freddy’s as well very well. I feel like his best role was Funtime Freddy in Sister Location. I personally feel like Toy Freddy might have Funtime Freddy’s voice. Overall, this cast is okay, a seven at best; main concern is MatPat as Toy Bonnie, but I know Blumhouse will make it work. I put my full trust in them and their creative team.
