Creative Writing and Newspaper Elective

Hello Bobcats! We are proud to introduce a new elective called Creative Writing. The classes are held in Mrs. Bott’s room E-27, during periods three and four. Here, you can choose to either help write for the BJH Bobcat Times or have a creative writing project during the periods. There are various examples of what you can write about in class. For instance, there are junk journals, short stories or novels, poetry, and serial comics. If you are interested in helping out the newspaper, we have multiple roles you can choose from. We are made up of a group of writers, editors, photographers, and interviewers. We also make puzzles as well as artwork for the school newspaper. In addition, we make articles based on events going on at BJH as well as anything happening outside of school. Feel free to ask Mrs. Bott anytime about this new elective. We are open to any help we can get and hope to see you next semester!
