A business in downtown Belton recently, at the end of March, changed their name and space from Tea Luck to Toast&Tea. Locals that often frequent the shop, specifically for Toast&Tea’s boba tea or their breakfast, have wondered if this could be used for more than just a breakfast restaurant, and if it meets the needs of an effective study space.
A study space is a designated area that’s made just for your studies. Study spaces are often seen in quiet homes with a workspace that has materials in-reach, good temperature, and a stress-free environment, and have the basic requirements of a chair, table, good lighting, power, and access to the internet if needed.
A study area functions in a way where your surroundings and environment are hyper focused on your studies. However, it does include strategic breaks because you shouldn’t overwork yourself. Study spaces can often determine how effective and efficient your studying is completed.
According to two different online reviews, Toast&Tea can be used as an effective study area.
Before their name change to Toast&Tea, Brent Schultz, a local guide, typed on a google maps review:
“Tea Luck is a great place to study or go on a fun date and get boba tea, smoothies, slushies, as well as other desserts.”
Although he doesn't say exactly why it’s a great place to study, Schultz does mention that it’s a great place, along with the fact they have good treats/drinks.
Milton Robles, another local guide, posted 2 months ago in a review on Google Maps:
“I love their new space! It was a cute operation before but I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s gone in the small house while it’s busy and full of people. This space is much more accommodating and perfect to study/work in 🔥🔥super hyped for them.”
The general gist of the review is how the place is perfect, as well as accommodating, to study and work in.
Toast&Tea has all the requirements of a good study space and local guides also agree that it is a good place to study. So, next time you need a break from your house to go study, give Toast&Tea a try.
