Schoology is a learning management platform. BHS, LBHS, BMS, LBMS, NBMS, and SBMS teachers use Schoology to post their classroom materials online because it provides a safe system for students to discuss their ideas and collaborate on projects. In this way Schoology keeps a class connected. Most importantly, the Schoology platform also helps teachers assign and collect work electronically. Having one place to find everything helps students stay organized- and it helps parents/guardians to monitor their student’s participation when learning remotely. 

Canvas is a learning management platform. Belton New Tech HS @Waskow teachers use Canvas to post their classroom materials online because it provides a safe system for students to discuss their ideas and collaborate on projects. In this way Canvas keeps a class connected. Most importantly, the Canvas platform also helps teachers assign and collect work electronically. Having one place to find everything helps students stay organized- and it helps parents/guardians to monitor their student's participation when learning remotely. 

Skyward is the district gradebook. Parents would check student grades and attendance using this system. Skyward is also the place where emergency contacts and parent contact information is stored. Please ensure this information is complete and up-to-date.
