Updated routes are expected to be posted by August 20, 2020 on the "Bus Route E-Link" system. However, we recommend you continue to check this site up until the first day of school to note any potential changes made to your child’s route. To access the E-Link system, click here and enter your child's Student ID as the username and their birthdate as the password. (Be sure to enter their birthdate as 8 digits. Pay your child's school fees
School fees for all elementary students for the 2020-21 school year are $50 per student. This fee pays for workbooks, classroom basics such as tape, paper, construction paper, and other consumable items that they will be using this school year. Fees are due at the beginning of the school year, but will also be accepted throughout the year if you would like to make smaller payments ($5 or $10 at a time). Please remember that unpaid fees will continue to accumulate from year-to-year. Parents/guardians can set up an account through EzPay in order to pay their child's fees online.Complete the application for Free and Reduced Meal Pricing (Optional)
The Free & Reduced Meal Application is available online at www.lunchapplication.com. If your family qualifies for free meals, school fees can also be adjusted accordingly.Submit your child's vaccinations to their school office (Required for students in K, 7th, and 12th grade ONLY or for students new to West Clermont)
