• Most of Barangay 183 is in red zones, indicating high flood risk.

• Streets like Benjamin Street, Almazar Alley, 9th–17th Streets, and near Maricaban Creek are in the most flood-prone areas.


Cause Factors:

• Proximity to Maricaban Creek

• Urban congestion and poor drainage

• Low-lying terrain


Most Vulnerable Areas:

• Residents and homes near Almazar Alley, 11th–15th Street, and Maricaban Creek


Most Vulnerable Populations:

• Informal settlers along the creek

• Elderly and children in flood-prone homes

• Families with poor access to disaster information
