Dear Smith Clove Families,

As the days grow longer and spring blooms around us, our school community is filled with amazing energy and excitement. This season brings a special balance of reflection and anticipation for what lies ahead.

Our children have been busy learning and growing from our author visit and pet adoption event to the excitement of chick hatching. With our Kindergarten and First Grade Festivals approaching, we look forward to seeing our children share their accomplishments with you and celebrating together as a community.

We are also approaching the upcoming school budget vote on Tuesday, May 19.  We encourage all families to stay informed and engaged in this important process.

Spring is a wonderful time to recognize the many individuals who support our children each day. Our teachers, school nurse, transportation team and lunch staff play an essential role in creating a caring and positive environment, and we are proud to celebrate them throughout May.
