​Help Me Grow Vermont (HMG VT) is a statewide system for improving access to existing resources and services for expectant parents and families with young children through age 8. Their staff works M-F day time hours. It is a free service that connects families to resources in their community. This service can help families find housing, access to food, playgroups, daycare, find a local pediatrician, etc…. 

3SquaresVT can also get free school meals. Dial 2-1-1, free from anywhere in Vermont, to learn about 3SquaresVT and school meals.
