RIVERBEND MIDDLE SCHOOL

LIBRARY

WHEN CAN I COME TO THE LIBRARY?

During school:

Students may come to the library between 7:00 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. to study, research, check out, return materials, or get tech help. Students typically come to the library for lessons and book checkout about once every 2 weeks.

After School:

Students who wish to use the library after school must make arrangements with the librarian, Ms. Moser.

HOW MANY items CAN I CHECK OUT AND FOR HOW LONG?

Students may check out 2 physical items (books, magazines, comics, graphic novels.) and 2 digital items at a time. Items are checked out for 2 weeks and may be renewed.

WHAT IF I HAVE OVERDUE OR MISSING ITEMS?

The library does not charge fines for late materials. Overdue notices are emailed to students each month. If an item is overdue for an extended period of time, it may be marked lost and a fine will be issued. If an item becomes lost or damaged, please see the librarian, Ms. Moser.

Check-out privileges may be modified if items are damaged, lost, or late.
